As one of the first mobile bars in Washington State, Unstabled Spirits was founded on the idea that anywhere can be the perfect place for a party - just add your favorite people and enticing refreshments! We enjoy all kinds of events, but weddings have a special place in our hearts. We love to curate all the details, and give your celebration those special touches on the big day.
WHO WE ARE
In compliance with Washington State law, we are a "dry bar" service, all alcohol products are purchased and provided by the client for the event. We also coordinate with nonprofits and local businesses with liquor licenses for community events. Ask about collaborating with us!

Meet Aubrey Carvo
A proud Washingtonian, mom of two girls, and a herd leader to a menagerie of horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. She has an unhealthy love for pizza, and can never pick a “go-to” cocktail.
Being an entrepreneur is her true passion, and she thrives on the challenges that come with conquering new goals. She was itching to start a new business - something that would draw on her 20 year background in customer service and hospitality, and also expand her creativity.
In 2019, she started Unstabled Spirits Mobile Bar Co, turning her idea on paper into reality on wheels.
“My goal is to make those backyard parties and beautiful, back country events simple. I'm very proud of the service we provide; I love being involved in the months of planning, helping the event come to life, seeing guests in awe of the experience we created. Working in my horse trailer, being a horse gal and all, it feels like home at every event. There's nothing more beautiful than a wedding in the middle of nowhere, and I can’t wait to be a part of it!”

Meet Calamity Jane
The first in our mobile bar family, Calamity is a 87’ Circle J two horse trailer. She spent most her life hauling 4-H horses to events, and fostering memories and friendships for many horse girls.
After a major transformation in 2019, she became the first vintage mobile horse trailer bar in King County, WA. Named after the infamous Calamity Jane; a deeply caring & wild woman who blazed her own path. She was unapologetically herself, and had a deep love of spirits.
