Our heart and soul went into building each Add-On Rental piece, originally to accompany our mobile bar, however we think they are also perfect for elevating those smaller events. Our Event Rental pieces give guests something special, with ease and budget in mind. Our 48 hour rentals, are un-manned (by us anyway) and available throughout Kittitas County. Rental can include a single item or multiple items from our 5 Event Rental pieces.

The Satellite Bar
This classy, country bar can elevate any event; boasting an ivory bead board base, raw edge wood bar top for guests and raw edge working counter for your bartenders or helpers, shelf and open storage space within. Decorate as you like without superficial damage, this bar will be the beautiful center hub for your special event! Rental includes 48 hrs. for delivery, set up and pickup from $350.00
The Beverage Station Cart.
Cute, rustic and ready to serve! This solid cart is perfect for a hydration station, desert/horderves area or gift table. Rolling Cart includes removable drink shelf, has two open side shelves and one large bottom shelf- most commonly used for beverage tins and extra storage. Rental includes 48hrs, drop off, set up and pick up to any address within Kittitas County, from $200.00
The Champagne / Beverage Walls
This pair of beverage walls (ladders) are designed to be side by side or separated, perfect for backyard weddings, lining an aisle or used for two separate purposes. Commonly used for bubbles, signature drinks, shot wall, deserts or decor. Rental includes 48hrs. for delivery, set up and pickup, from $200.00
The Dual Tap Doors
These beautiful dual tap doors, loving nicknamed Thelma & Louise; these two doors allow for service of two full kegs. Burnt wood, corrugated metal, faux leather handles, small bar top on front. Rental includes two heavy duty cans to ice down your brews, co2, lines and connectors needed. Rental includes 48hrs. for delivery, set up and pickup for $250.00
The Audio Guest Book Rental
Our Audio Guest Book is the perfect addition to any celebration! It’s unique, charming and nostalgic plus the messages it captures can be listened to for years to come. Capture your loved one’s voices, emotions and noise of the day forever. Audio phone is set up for you with a customized message, guests simply pick up the phone and leave a message. Following your event, messages are sent to you within seven days. via email. Rental includes small table, sitting chair, backdrop, LED light sign & battery, audio guest book phone and basic decor if desired. Includes 48hr. rental from delivery, setup and pickup from $250.00

Event Rentals are within Kittitas County only.
All rentals include a 48hr. window for deliver, set up and pickup; this is to create ease and convivence for everyone and can be adjusted as needed.
Multiple Event Rental pieces will receive a 10% discount off the total invoice and can be added up until 24hrs. prior to delivery, based on availability.
